Problem Identification: Found important health problems in Egypt that need real-time monitoring and quick emergency help.

Solution Design: Built the components of a smartwatch that measure heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature. It sends data to a mobile app that gives instant updates, helps with quick checkups, and reminds users to take medicine.

Prototype Development: Made a working model using an Arduino Nano, designed the watch case with SketchUp, and 3D printed it. The app was created with Android Studio.

Prototype Testing: Tested the watch and app thoroughly. Results showed varying accuracy with potential for improvement.

Conclusion: The project met the goal of exploring an easier and affordable way to monitor health parameters. Future steps include enhancing the accuracy of the results and building an independent prototype.
